EAK-Orbitals is a South African aerospace startup based in Johannesburg. This page explains how we handle personal information you provide through this investor relations website and its enquiry form.
Information we collect
- Investor and contact enquiry data: name, email, organisation, enquiry topic and message.
- Your consent to processing information to respond to the enquiry.
- Basic technical metadata that hosting services may process for security and abuse prevention.
The main company website separately accepts support enquiries, investor enquiries and careers applications. Its privacy policy covers those submissions.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, communicate updates you explicitly opt into, and comply with legal obligations under South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Submitting this form does not subscribe you to marketing.
How we store it
Investor relations submissions are securely stored in Lovable Cloud for the EAK-Orbitals team to review. They are not publicly accessible. Unlike the main website’s email-based form, this website currently stores enquiries without sending an automatic email notification. We do not sell, rent or share personal information with third parties for marketing.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing ethankaslass@icloud.com.
Children
Our platform is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy as the mission evolves. Material changes will be announced on the site.
